EFT - EMDR therapists
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of psychotherapy used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions. EMDR is based on the idea that traumatic memories can be processed and resolved by recalling the traumatic event while receiving bilateral stimulation, typically eye movements, hand taps, or sounds.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a form of energy psychology that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a particular emotion or issue. EFT is based on the idea that negative emotions and physical symptoms can be caused by disruptions in the body's energy system, and that tapping on these points can help to restore balance and reduce symptoms.
