Navigating a pandemic, dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, insomnia, identity struggles, spiritual journeys, and relational issues are all things that may be popping up for you right now. I offer a safe, sacred, judgement free place in which you can process through the challenges you might be facing. Each client I meet with is a unique individual with their own story and needs. I enjoy coming alongside each person in the way that works best for them. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Movement, and Person-Centered Therapy.
